As part of the Emoi Photographique festival, the Hôtel du Département hosts exhibitions by Yvon Bobinet, Serge Fonchin and Frédéric Damato.
Inauguration on Saturday April 6 at 14 p.m.

Yvon Bobinet: "Grand Atlas of the world of yesterday and tomorrow... if all goes well" which looks at our species in a caustic, funny but serious way, in its dysfunctions to make us think about the urgency of finding solutions for yourself, your village, your city or the rest of the world.

Serge Fonchin: “Black List” which invites us to places that have not been, or not protected enough. Today, we all recognize the ecological collapse that is occurring. What about the efforts made by the people who invest? Citizen mobilization remains weak, and worse, our practices are pushing us towards the irreparable. The solutions are there, our desires are elsewhere. We cling to a reality that is disappearing, even if we believe it is immutable. The lights are red, all, without exception, but our comfortable society of growth, consumption, waste, individualism remains blind. However, it follows the same path as the polar bear, the whale or the elephant… extinction.
Is a black list open for humanity?

Frédéric Damato: "The little world of silence" which offers us the discovery of a Charente natural site protected by secrecy as those who know it take into account its fragility.
